Track Your Truck Releases NetTrack Reports 6.0

October 25, 2010 – Track Your Truck announces the release of NetTrack Reports 6.0.

Reports 6.0 is our updated reporting and alert management user interface. As of today, all of our clients will be able to experience the new reports.
NetTrack Reports 6.0 is user friendly and has a sleek professional look. Reports are organized in the left margin and users can easily select the correct report with just one click. Reports are generated quickly and formatted in a color-blocked design which makes them easy to read, as you can see here…

Another upgrade to NetTrack Reports 6.0 is the “Find” button. This feature allows the user to look for a pre-defined point and the information that corresponds with it. Users can quickly look to make sure each job site was visited on the correct day.

NetTrack Reports 6.0 has the ability to run multiple reports simultaneously by clicking on “Open Another Report” which will open another report window. This allows users to quickly and easily compare trucks side-by-side or the same truck date-by-date. This is an extremely useful feature when analyzing your fleet.

Perhaps the most notable change is to Scheduled Reports. Simply click on “Show Scheduler” and you have the ability to receive reports at any given time. Customers may choose daily, weekly, or monthly timelines for their report to be emailed to them. New reports can be sent in MS Excel or PDF format. The new reports can be easily exported into three different formats: PDF, MS Excel, and MS Word, offering maximum flexibility.

NetTrack Reports 6.0 will help your business run more efficiently and provide your company with access to your fleet’s driving information. Login to your account today to experience NetTrack Reports 6.0.

Track Your Truck Updates Data Retention Period

September 17, 2010—Track Your Truck’s data retention period has been updated to 95 days. TYT made these upgrades after receiving customer feedback and meeting our standards for continuous improvements.

What are the advantages for a longer data retention? First, clients now have the ability to see data from three (3) months ago, which will help them manage their fleets more efficiently. Clients are able to compare trucks on a month to month schedule; monitoring mileage, idle time and speeding. Understanding your drivers habits will help you save time and money.

Secondly, a longer data retention period can help resolve billing issues. If one of your clients gets their bill and has a question about it, you can pull up that account and look at the past three months to make sure that they are being billed correctly. Having that information just a click away helps reduce stress on your office management team. It also helps with customer satisfaction because they know that they are being treated fairly and you are available to answer their questions.

Overall, the best thing about the TYT data retention upgrade is that it is free for all clients, old and new. We here at TYT like to provide a great service for our clients without breaking the bank. To see a list of all our features visit: http://www.trackyourtruck.com/features.html

TYT Update 5-27-2010

April 20, 2010 Lemont, IL—Track Your Truck (http://www.trackyourtruck.com) has been hard at work this winter developing several new features and products. The Reports 6.0 offers a new and improved user interface with built-in Report Scheduler. The Coyote Gx (found here: http://www.trackyourtruck.com/CoyGx_features) now has Battery Backup capability with a newly designed Battery Backup Enclosure (found here: http://www.trackyourtruck.com/BatteryBox_features.html) providing tamper resistant, battery backup for the Coyote Gx Vehicle Tracking unit. All clients now have the ability to use Track Your Truck Secure Services.

Reports 6.0 is an exciting new reporting interface that we believe pushes the envelope in Vehicle Tracking reporting. With the ability to run and schedule reports to be automatically sent in a variety of formats such as html, Adobe Acrobat Reader (pdf), and link embedded emails, we believe our users will enjoy the added convenience and productivity gain from such innovation. Reports 6.0 provides each user with the ability to schedule his/her own reports to be run and sent at their own choosing. The ‘my scheduled reports’ feature allows users a quick view of all currently scheduled reports as well as the ability edit/make changes without re-creating the schedule…just another way Track Your Truck engineers user-friendly solutions.

With the addition of a battery backup-up feature to our extremely popular Coyote Gx Vehicle Tracking unit, Track Your Truck believes that the days of drivers tampering with Vehicle Tracking units by removing the power connection or fuses while doing side work and using the vehicle for other personal uses is a thing of the past. The Battery Box contains a securely mounted Coyote Gx Vehicle Tracking unit (see pics here: http://www.trackyourtruck.com/BatteryBox_features.html) and a backup-battery source that is ready to report tampering and then track the vehicle for up to 7-hours continuously. When the Coyote Gx senses a loss of vehicle power, an Alert is sent to management and the battery power takes over continuing to send the vehicle tracking activity allowing management to know exactly what the driver was up to. The Battery Backup feature also allows for vehicle tracking when the vehicle has been trailered or towed by a thief where the vehicle’s main battery cables have been disconnected. The box is totally inaccessible without the provided key and all connectors are situated inside the Battery Box so that removing a connection is impossible. The Battery Box is small enough to fit under most any dash hidden away from prying eyes. All-in-all, a great addition to an already great Vehicle Tracking product.

Track Your Truck Secure Services (found here: http://www.trackyourtruck.com/securesvc.html) was recently introduced to allow our clients the ability to use our NetTrack Vehicle Tracking Service via a secure, encrypted link anywhere in the world. Using SSL VPN technology, each user can connect securely using a simple web-browser and a provided username and password. Once connected to the Track Your Truck secure portal, the user can then launch the SSL-VPN only secure NetTrack application. For added security each user can also be configured to “VPN Only” service meaning that the user must connect through the SSL VPN and cannot use our standard, open NetTrack application. Again, another way Track Your Truck listens to customers and implements cost-effective, simple-to-use technology.
